Wilson Elser hosted its 28th session of WEMED University, launched in 1992 and today boasting more than 1,000 graduates in some 20 countries. After the past two years of virtual sessions, in 2022, the program offered in-person classes to its students, which included civil procedures, jurisdiction, tenders of defense, product liability, nuclear verdicts, coverage issues on ISO policy language, and trial and trial procedure. It also hosted a visit to a New York courthouse to observe litigation in action. Instructors were partners Eric Cheng (White Plains), Sean McDonough (Orlando) Jonathan Meer (New York), Phil Quaranta (White Plains), Justin Shireman (Boston), Russ Vignali (White Plains) and associate Matt Vaccaro (New York).
