Max Wesemann defends corporate clients in a variety of areas, including complex litigation, product liability, environmental and asbestos, and personal injury. He has achieved certification in Wilson Elser’s rigorous Mock Trial Invitational, through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Max worked as a prosecutor for the 4th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he gained significant trial litigation experience, taking more than a dozen cases to verdict. Max’s desire to understand the strength and weaknesses of his cases from all parties’ perspectives also enables him to quickly reach positive negotiated outcomes. Max carried his service-oriented principles with him into civil practice and prides himself on providing strategic and pragmatic guidance to his clients to help navigate any contentious and complicated problem they may face.
