Meghan Gleeson focuses her practice on the defense of claims related to general liability and toxic tort litigation, including cases related to exposure to asbestos. Her experience includes the effective handling of diverse transactional matters. Meghan adeptly represents clients through all phases of litigation from inception through resolution. She is well-versed in drafting pleadings, conducting extensive discovery, filing dispositive motions, managing settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Meghan prides herself on communicating effectively with clients throughout the litigation cycle to protect their interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Meghan worked at a San Francisco firm where she handled copyright and trademark infringement law matters. During law school, she participated in pro-bono clinics and gained valuable insight into plaintiff-side work as a law clerk at a litigation firm specializing in complex tort matters.
