Commercial Litigation
Meghan has successfully defended high-exposure commercial litigation disputes at the state and federal court levels. She defends international and domestic corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, against claims related to product liability and exposure to toxic substances. In addition, Meghan leads multistate and federal litigation as acting national counsel and consistently achieves results that exceed client expectations.

Complex Tort & General Casualty
Meghan has extensive experience defending complex tort and general casualty disputes arising out of premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, and negligent security. Meghan has deposed hundreds of fact and expert witnesses, argued dispositive motions, and successfully negotiated matters to resolution in the best interests of clients.

Product Liability
Meghan defends manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in litigation involving state-of-the-art products. She uses her critical understanding of necessary industry compliance, risk management, and regulatory concerns to advise clients of steps that should be taken to prevent product liability disputes.
