Michael Hernandez represents corporate clients in a broad range of complex civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability, product liability, toxic torts, and personal injury. In addition, Michael defends clients against claims related to premises liability, catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence. He has significant experience handling all phases of litigation, working diligently to manage cases with precision, advocate effectively, and guide clients through complex litigation in a practical and cost-conscious manner.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Michael gained valuable experience working at a Boston civil litigation defense firm. Previously, he led the personal injury department at a plaintiff-side firm, where he achieved numerous favorable decisions in various cases. Michael’s plaintiff representation enables him to bring valuable insight into crafting successful defense strategies for the Wilson Elser clients he serves.
