Michael Diaz represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability, personal injury and insurance coverage disputes. Michael is well versed in handling business and real estate litigation. He has extensive civil trial experience in various California state and federal district courts, and served as second chair in jury and bench trials. In addition, Michael has successfully argued before the Second District Court of Appeal and the State Labor Board Commissioner.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Michael worked at a personal injury defense firm in Los Angeles, where he developed a keen ability to analyze claims from both a defense and plaintiff perspective in crafting effective defense strategies. He also gained valuable experience at a firm specializing in business and real estate litigation and at an established firm handling general liability and insurance defense matters.
