Michael Lowry

Otis Felder (Partner-Portland, OR) and Michael Lowry (Partner, Las Vegas, NV | Portland, OR), who serve as delegates, attended the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates annual meeting on November 1 to vote on various resolutions proposed with respect to rules governing practice in Oregon. The resolutions included updates to Oregon Bar Rules with respect to requiring lawyers to inquire into and assess the facts and circumstances of each representation to determine whether they may accept or continue the representation concerning a client's use of services to commit a crime or fraud along with other measures affecting practice.
