Mike Weisenbach focuses his practice on defense of corporate and insurance clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including general, premises and products liability, transportation claims and toxic tort claims. Mike has first-chair experience, having taken bench and jury trials to verdict in state and federal court. He also has many successful outcomes for clients on dispositive motions, including successful appellate defense of a trial court dismissal after briefing and oral argument. Mike’s clients value his extensive experience with complex discovery issues because he understands the importance of protecting his client’s information while complying with their discovery obligations. Above all, Mike understands that his clients deserve efficient, custom-tailored representation to achieve favorable resolution on the best terms.

During law school, Mike worked as a judicial law clerk for the judges and magistrates of the Franklin County Municipal Court in Columbus, Ohio, researching and writing judicial opinions on a wide range of civil and criminal issues. This experience gave him early insight, from the court’s point of view, into the value and components of good legal arguments based on full development of the facts of the case.
