Daniel Tranen (Partner-Edwardsville) and Michael Weisenbach (Associate-Edwardsville) will host a table at the Defense Collaborative Halloween Cocktails and Coaching event, where they will present on “Rising Issues in Product Liability Law.” Their discussion topics will include new risks in vaping, e-scooters and 3D printing. Daniel and Michael also will discuss the changes in Missouri law affecting the Daubert expert witness standard and the likely benefits to defendants.
