Michael has successfully guided clients through pre-suit investigations arising from fatal accidents, including related criminal and National Transportation Safety Board investigations, as well as the ensuing civil litigation involving personal injury, property damage, and cleanup costs.
Insurance Coverage
Michael has successfully defended insurers in coverage disputes involving UM/UIM endorsements, counseled carriers on coverage issues arising from construction defect litigation, advised on high-exposure personal injury matters, and obtained summary judgment on policy coverage issues in property damage claims.
