Michael Relihan represents companies and individuals in complex litigation and high-exposure claims. Michael has consistently demonstrated the ability to analyze, anticipate and litigate a wide range of cases involving catastrophic losses, personal injury, premises liability, construction defects and fire claims using strategic and aggressive strategies.
Michael's experience includes representing a number of top 500 companies, insurers, retailers, transportation companies, developers, contractors and governmental entities in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Michael has obtained multiple orders granting summary judgment and has successfully defended matters on appeal.

Michael has experience litigating complex and high-exposure claims brought against retailers, hotels, and condo and homeowners associations, including successfully disposing of cases on summary judgment.
Commercial Litigation
Michael's commercial experience includes contract disputes and enforcement, deceptive and unfair trade practices claims, and sale/lease of goods disputes.
Construction
Michael has represented developers, design professionals and contactors in construction defect claims. He also has experience in enforcement and defense of construction lien claims.
