Michael Smith represents established large-growth business entities in all aspects of complex civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, motor carrier liability and personal injury.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Michael worked at a Dallas civil defense firm. Previously, he gained diverse experience practicing at a boutique firm focused on criminal defense, personal injury litigation and family law matters.
