Michael Tralongo represents established businesses and insurance carriers in all aspects of civil litigation under the umbrella of general liability insurance defense. His practice primarily focuses on defending claims involving commercial premises liability, automobile liability (including commercial, personal, and uninsured and underinsured motorist matters), wrongful death, and personal injury, as well as business and real estate litigation, including contract disputes, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters. Michael prides himself on taking a proactive, adaptable approach to legal challenges, always striving for efficient, client-centric solutions.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Michael worked at a Georgia firm, where he handled a highly diverse range of plaintiff and defense matters. This experience provided him with valuable insight into both sides of litigation, as he managed cases involving premises liability, medical malpractice, property tax appeals, and landlord-tenant disputes.
