Michele Livingstone represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, professional liability, real estate litigation, and employment matters. Michele effectively handles all stages of litigation from pre-suit through trial, as well as adeptly managing the appellate process. Known for her persuasive advocacy and strong problem-solving skills, Michele prides herself on developing strong client relationships through regular and effective communication and providing comprehensive legal solutions tailored to clients’ diverse needs.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Michele gained substantial civil litigation experience in a broad range of practice areas working at several established firms in North Carolina, as well as a prominent national firm specializing in the defense of corporations, nonprofits, associations, and their officers.
