Michelle Yee is a trial lawyer who concentrates her practice on the defense of premises liability, personal injury, general liability, transportation, catastrophic loss, insurance coverage, and complex tort. She handles all aspects of the litigation process and has represented numerous clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Michelle was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timika Lane, a trial attorney at GEICO Staff Counsel, and an attorney at a nationally recognized AMLaw 200 firm. She works to understand each client's particular needs and provides them with all the facts, applicable law, and comprehensive analysis that is necessary for them to make informed decisions.
