Morgan Bates represents individuals, businesses, and financial institutions in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability and casualty, personal injury, professional malpractice, property damage, and automobile/trucking accidents. In addition, Morgan effectively defends actions brought against skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospital networks, and other health care professionals. She also handles commercial/residential evictions and foreclosure matters.

Prior to her legal career, Morgan worked in a hospital setting for five years, and was nationally certified in acoustical physics; abdomen, obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound; and breast sonography.
