Naina Varma Singh

Naina Singh represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of product liability, premises liability and medical malpractice claims. Naina’s clients include those in the health care and technology sectors. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Naina worked as an associate attorney at a defense firm specializing in asbestos litigation and commercial general liability coverage in Oakland, California. 

Before attending law school, Naina spent her summers familiarizing herself with common law in India, where she worked as a paralegal with a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and a Tier 1 law firm. During law school, Naina externed at the San Francisco and Oakland offices of the California Department of Justice, where her focus was on civil rights and workers’ rights. She also has pro bono experience, from her internship with the Legal Aid Society, where she worked at clinics specializing in domestic violence, conservatorship, elder abuse and landlord-tenant disputes.
