Natalie Powers is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on transportation law, products liability, premises liability and general tort liability. She is part of a team that manages and supervises transportation-related litigation in the northeast region for a multinational e-commerce company. In this role, Natalie provides insight at every stage of litigation, from preliminary investigation through resolution, mediation or trial. 

Natalie has represented clients in state and federal courts and has extensive hands-on and supervisory experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice. She has written and argued numerous dispositive and discovery-related motions and has successfully obtained dismissal for her clients on numerous occasions. Her litigation experience includes products liability defense and commercial litigation. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Natalie was a partner at a boutique litigation firm in New York City, where she focused on toxic tort and asbestos defense litigation and commercial litigation.
