Wilson Elser registered the largest year-over-year improvement among the country’s 200 largest law firms in this year’s American Lawyer Diversity Scorecard. Since 2010, minority attorneys have seen a 3.9% increase in representation among the country’s largest firms. Commenting on the impressive 58-spot jump from No. 148 to No. 90, Angela Russell, chair of Wilson Elser’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, was gratified to see this recognition of the firm’s long-standing commitment to diversity. “Diversity and inclusion are firm foundational values that inform our approaches to hiring, recruiting and client service,” she said.
