Caiazzo (Partner-New York, NY), who serves on the board of directors of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), has been reelected to serve as an at-large Executive Committee Member of the NIAF Board, along with Maria Bartiromo, anchor & global markets editor at FOX Business Network; Antonio Giordano, M.D., Ph.D., president and founder of the Sbarro Health Research Organization and professor at Temple University; the Hon. Michael A. Ferguson, senior adviser at BakerHostetler; and Louis E. Tosi, a partner in the Ohio offices of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP.

Based in Washington, D.C., NIAF’s mission is to serve as a resource for the Italian American Community; to preserve the Italian American heritage and culture; to promote and inspire a positive image and legacy of Italian Americans; and to strengthen and empower ties between the United States and Italy.
