Paul White (Partner-Los Angeles) was one of five attorneys queried by CLM magazine for an article titled “Which insurance lines will be most impacted by the COVID-19?” According to Paul: “Product lines most likely to be impacted immediately are specialized commercial property policies for contingent business interruption arising from disruptions to a supplier or customer; policies for hospitality and health care businesses suffering a shutdown from ‘communicable and infectious diseases’; and policies written for health crises such as potential pandemics.”
