Dale Dobuler (Of Counsel-Orlando, FL) has been selected by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA) to serve as a co-chair of the substantive law group for Bad Faith for 2022–2023. The Bad Faith SLG addresses new and emerging trends in the area of first- and third-party bad faith and is responsible for various programming, events, publications and information-sharing in this area. The FDLA, a state organization of lawyers involved in the defense of civil litigation, has been in existence since 1967 and currently has more than 1,000 members involved in the defense bar.
