Michelle Gallagher (Partner-Boston, MA) was appointed to a two-year term on the International Trademark Association’s (INTA’s) Harmonization of Trademark Law and Practice Committee for 2022-2023. The committee is responsible for evaluating national, regional and international treaties, trade agreements and other nonbinding tools related to trademark law. The committee also is responsible for drafting proposed treaty language advocating INTA policy positions.
