The D&O Diary Reprints Meer and Pernicone Portion of Legalign Global White Paper on D&O Exposures to Climate Change Risk

New York Metro partners Jonathan Meer and Carl Pernicone authored “Is Climate Change Impacting D&O Liability?” published in the Professional Liability Underwriting Society blog (PLUS Blog) in September 2021. Legalign Global selected the article for a U.S. snapshot of the regulatory and legal developments in D&O climate-related risk in its White Paper “D&O Exposures to Climate Change Risk,” published on its site in December 2021. Jonathan and Carl’s article was reprinted later in December 2021 as “Guest Post: D&O Exposures to Climate Change Risk” in The D&O Diary.
