Nigel Greene has more than 30 years of trial experience, including five years as an Assistant District Attorney, with a proven record of success in obtaining favorable verdicts, settlements and dismissals. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts in addition to handling state court appeals.
Nigel’s civil practice focuses on the defense of commercial motor vehicle companies, casualty, general liability, commercial and residential premises liability, tort defense and municipal liability litigation. He works closely with clients that range from international, national and regional entities to local companies and municipalities, providing them with intelligent, diligent, proactive and cost-effective representation. Nigel also serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Outside the office, Nigel served his community for seven years as a lieutenant in the volunteer fire company. He is an avid long-distance cyclist and has twice completed the historic Paris Brest Paris 1200K cycling event.
