Patricia Wik focuses her practice on the defense of premises liability and construction accident matters. She also has experience defending toxic tort, property damage and motor vehicle accident cases. Patricia handles all aspects of her cases from inception through discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice and eventually to resolution through mediation or trial. She has appeared as second chair defending Labor Law and premises liability cases in Kings and New York Counties.

In dealing with her clients, Patricia prioritizes responsiveness and thoroughness, maintaining excellent rapport with clients and carriers alike. She identifies the legal and factual issues at the heart of each litigation in the early stages to help resolve cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
