Patricia Beall defends property owners, managers and retailers in premises liability matters involving personal injury and property damage claims and in general liability and labor law matters arising from construction-site accidents. Her clients have included casinos, multi-unit properties and commercial properties. 

Patricia also is experienced in the area of medical malpractice, and has handled correctional medicine cases in state and some county prisons and jails. She also has experience in a full range of claims, including misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis, failure to treat, and surgical or procedural errors, among others. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Patricia was of counsel at a mid-size regional defense litigation firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that represents the interests of corporations, carriers and individual clients.
