Peter Chu represents various type of business, including residential care facilities for the elderly, in defending claims of serious injury or wrongful death. With his background in human physiology, Peter easily navigates often terse medical and pharmacological records for exculpating or incriminating evidence.
In addition to complex tort matters, Peter represents debtors in consumer debt litigations, achieving a quick settlement to help steer clients back on track for financial and credit history recovery. Peter also represents judgment creditors in seeking avenues for recovery or for settlement with difficult judgment debtors.
Peter also represents businesses in intellectual property matters, including copyright infringement. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, he represented businesses, including those in the garment industry, with copyright and trademark registration and infringement matters.
