Marisa Trasatti (Partner-Baltimore) co-authored “Ready or Not, the Data Privacy Revolution Is Here,” which was published in the Summer 2019 edition of DRI’s In-House Defense Quarterly. Like the legal precedent developed around social media, the courts and regulatory bodies enforcing the state, national and international privacy laws have their work cut out for them as far as "interpreting the statutes and melding a patchwork of consistent, cohesive and instructive legal precedent surrounding these statutes for consumers and entities," says Marisa.
