Stratton Horres (Senior Counsel-Dallas, TX) collaborated with attorney and author David A. Steiger on an article titled “RPA: A gateway to cutting-edge technology for the AI-wary risk manager?” which appeared in the September 29, 2022, issue of Thomson Reuters Westlaw Today. The authors put forth robot process automation (RPA) as a way to demonstrate the tremendous value of artificial intelligence in a claims or risk management organization. They suggest that with carefully planned implementation, RPA may be a cost-effective way to incorporate advanced data management tools in a company’s operations ahead of risk adverse or slower moving competitors.
