Quinn M. McCusker focuses on complex tort and casualty matters in areas including commercial transportation. Over the past 10 years, Quinn has handled numerous accident investigations, often within hours of the accident, and the resulting litigation for commercial trucking and construction companies. These matters frequently involve catastrophic injuries and fatalities and span the continental United States, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, North Dakota, and California. Quinn’s investigations often involve rapid response and accident scene preservation with the assistance of specialized experts. After initial investigations, Quinn works to protect clients’ interests and prepare the case for either early resolution or litigation.
