Rachel Reynolds has built a strong reputation over her 15-year legal career for effectively handling high-stakes litigation and defending clients against complex general liability claims, including premises and automobile liability. Her practice focuses on negligent security cases, where she has successfully represented clients in cases involving premises liability, inadequate security measures, and negligent hiring or training of security personnel.

Rachel also specializes in litigation management, helping clients navigate the complexities of claims handling and litigation strategy to develop efficient, cost-effective approaches to minimize risk and protect their interests. Rachel serves as national coordinating counsel for Allied Universal Services (AUS), a business services company that provides security services, security systems, janitorial services, and staffing services to more than half of the Fortune 500 companies in the United States. In this role, Rachel provides strategic counsel on general liability litigation, crisis response, and incident investigations nationwide.

Outside of the courtroom, Rachel enjoys time with her young family and is an active member of her community, volunteering on the board of her local elementary school’s Parent Teacher Organization.
