Rachel O’Hanlon represents corporations and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation with a specialization in medical malpractice and health care litigation. Her practice focuses on defending health care providers and facilities against medical malpractice and other health care-related claims. Rachel’s experience also encompasses complex commercial and insurance litigation, including construction contract disputes and premises liability claims.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Rachel worked at a regional litigation defense firm, where she primarily handled litigation involving personal and catastrophic injury claims, including those related to health care. Previously, she gained valuable experience at a Pacific Northwest firm specializing in commercial liability defense, construction and development, personal lines defense, and employment matters.

During law school, Rachel was an extern for the Honorable Steven C. González, Chief Justice of the Washington State Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Rachel was a two-time recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Scholar Award from the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program. Her dedication to international scholarship and cultural exchange enables her to deliver innovative solutions to clients with diverse needs, bringing a global perspective to each matter she handles.
