Raven (Francomano) Jelinske represents insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage, insurance defense, and general liability issues. She has experience across a variety of claims, including automobile and commercial automobile matters, property and casualty, homeowners’ policies, commercial general liability, errors and omissions, business owner policies, personal injury, construction defects, product liability, and insurance bad faith. She supports clients throughout the litigation process, from pre‑suit evaluation through appeal.

Raven advises insurers on coverage issues, including drafting coverage opinions, conducting examinations under oath, and defending coverage actions. She has worked on matters involving business-owner policies, commercial general liability, errors and omissions, automobile and commercial automobile policies, and homeowner policies, among other lines of coverage.

Insurance Defense, Personal Injury Defense, and Complex Litigation
Raven works on the defense of liability and indemnity claims in state and federal courts, including matters involving complex factual or legal issues.
