Regina Sada represents clients and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of general liability claims, including premises liability, personal injury, and litigation including transportation and adventure park matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Regina worked at a full-service national litigation firm, where her civil litigation practice spanned a wide range of practice areas. Notably, Regina obtained favorable results before the Texas Supreme Court, impacting arbitration agreements across the state.

Dallas Team Prevails in Premises Liability Litigation for Landlord

​Jennafer Groswith (Partner-Dallas, TX), Lamar Jones (Of Counsel-Dallas, TX), and Regina Sada (Associate-Dallas, TX) obtained summary judgment in the 157th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas​, on behalf of Wilson Elser’s landlord client. In this premises liability matter arising from a dog bite, the plaintiff alleged that our client was responsible for injuries sustained during the incident. At the summary judgment hearing, the court found that the factual circumstances involved an issue between residents and that the landlord had no actual notice or knowledge that the incident would occur. The court further determined that the plaintiff had been afforded a reasonable amount of time to conduct discovery and denied the plaintiff’s request for additional discovery. The court granted the Dallas team’s motion for summary judgment on the record, dismissing all claims against the client.
