Richard R. Danforth is experienced in a variety of insurance defense litigation matters at trial and in appellate courts, including automobile liability, premises liability, toxic tort, industrial tort liability, defamation, insurance coverage, and more. He is accomplished in key strengths in litigation including writing, organization, advocacy, negotiation, cross-examination and oral presentation. Richard occasionally serves as a defense arbitrator and as a case evaluator in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties
Richard’s personal interests include physical fitness and the study of historical and biographical publications. He devotes substantial time to volunteer work for his church and his alma mater.
