The authors say, “An increasing number of employees are using AI-enhanced tools to complete their work assignments, often without the knowledge or permission of their employers. To avoid the costly consequences of ill-advised, unapproved use of any number of tools released to market, companies must act now to put together training that sets out what use of AI is and is not permissible in their organizations.
