Robert L. Altomare

Robert Altomare represents individuals and organizations in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability, personal injury, construction defect, automobile liability, and product liability. Robert also handles transportation matters with an emphasis on ride-share litigation involving a multinational transportation company.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Robert worked at a full-service litigation firm and gained valuable experience at a boutique civil litigation practice in Daly City, California. Throughout law school, Robert was a law clerk for a solo practitioner specializing in landlord-tenant matters, where he honed his research and writing skills and supported various phases of litigation involving unlawful detainer defense, warranty of habitability claims, and wrongful eviction disputes.
