Robin Wexler has nearly 25 years of civil litigation experience. She concentrates her practice on insurance coverage as well as first-party property litigation. Robin’s work involves advising clients on complex coverage issues, claims handling issues and bad faith allegations.
Robin has been successful with dispositive motions in coverage matters on a range of issues including policy interpretation, rescission/application issues and late notice/prejudice issues. Robin also has significant experience litigating and resolving commercial and residential property claims. She has represented surplus lines and admitted insurers, both domestic and foreign, in state and federal courts throughout Texas.

Property & Casualty Bad Faith Litigation
Robin has successfully defended American, British and other insurers, as well as third-party claims administrators and adjusters against bad faith claims brought by policyholders stemming from weather-related events and catastrophes in Texas. Her success stems from thorough, early evaluation of matters to identify cost-effective avenues of resolution through either negotiation or motion practice.
Insurance Coverage
Robin has counseled numerous insurers on property policies, commercial general liability policies and professional liability policies. She has crafted coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters and coverage declinations. Robin is well versed in various policy forms and their interpretation.
