Roxanne Laura Crocket concentrates her practice in general liability defense, including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, wrongful termination, discrimination, wage-and-hour disputes, construction defect and toxic tort. She also handles human resources consulting, contract drafting and negotiation, and business practice advising. 

Roxanne has served as an elected Board Member for the Alumni Association and as an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern Law School.

Areas of Focus

General Liability
In the area of liability, Roxanne has litigated a wide range of matters, from slip-and-fall and minor auto accidents to wrongful death claims involving a modified vehicle rollover, light aircraft crash and long-haul trucking carbon monoxide exposure. Roxanne has defended claims involving trade secret scents, trademarked jewelry designs, copyrighted photographs and design, and newly patented curtain-side trucking systems. Roxanne enjoys handling cases that involve unusual fact patterns and immersing herself in learning about industries and their practices. 

Employment & Labor
In her employment practice, Roxanne has broad experience representing harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination employment claims for large and small private businesses as well as city districts. Roxanne has successfully resolved multi-employee claims as well as claims subject to high-exposure government pension benefits.
