Sallia Wilkins is a labor and employment attorney who advises and counsels employers on complex workplace issues, with a focus on compliance under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and wage and hour laws. She provides strategic guidance to management and HR professionals on employment policies, investigations, leaves of absence, accommodations, and employee relations to minimize risk and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Sallia also has experience navigating pre-litigation disputes and defending clients in single-plaintiff and class action matters across California.
Sallia is committed to using her platform to advance mental health and foster care awareness and to provide pro bono legal support to nonprofit organizations serving foster youth. Drawing on her own experience as a former foster youth, Sallia’s life experiences inform her advocacy and inspire her commitment to justice, mentorship, and community empowerment.
