Sallia R. Wilkins

Sallia Wilkins is a labor and employment attorney who advises and counsels employers on complex workplace issues, with a focus on compliance under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and wage and hour laws. She provides strategic guidance to management and HR professionals on employment policies, investigations, leaves of absence, accommodations, and employee relations to minimize risk and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
