Her practice primarily focuses on defending claims against accounting firms, brought by third-party users of the firms’ various services. Samantha is well-versed in handling claims involving audit failures, violation of security laws, failure to detect embezzlement and fraud, providing faulty tax or estate planning advice, and the improper valuation of businesses.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Samantha worked at a personal injury firm, where she gained valuable experience in plaintiff-side litigation, enabling her to anticipate plaintiffs’ arguments in crafting effective defense strategies. During law school, Samantha was a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas R. Vena of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County.
