Samantha Marrelli represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of general liability matters with an emphasis on product liability claims.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Samantha worked at a New Jersey-based regional firm, primarily handling environmental and toxic tort litigation. Previously, she gained valuable experience in a broad range of practice areas at a firm in Hightstown, New Jersey, where she provided guidance on business planning and formation, represented clients in commercial and residential real estate matters, and handled estate planning and administration.
After law school, Samantha served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Daniel L. Weiss in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, Family Division, where she prepared legal documents for court proceedings involving alimony, child support, visitation, emancipation, and relocation matters. During law school, Samantha was an intern in the Office of the Richmond County District Attorney on Staten Island, New York, where she honed her legal writing skills by drafting various legal documents related to narcotics investigations.
