Sarah Sanders is an experienced trial attorney who focuses her practice on the defense of claims involving product liability, professional liability, premises liability, and aviation litigation. Licensed in California and Florida, Sarah represents a diverse range of clients, including manufacturers, businesses, and aviation entities, guiding them through complex legal disputes and high-exposure litigation. She is also a certified private pilot, enabling her to bring a unique perspective to developing effective defense strategies in aviation-related matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Sarah practiced at a national litigation firm. During law school, she gained valuable insight into federal litigation and laws through judicial externships at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Sarah also actively participated in Moot Court, the Christian Legal Society, and the Lawyers Club of San Diego. Outside of work, Sarah is an active member of The Ninety-Nines, an international organization of women pilots.
