Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Scott was the Managing Attorney for AIG’s Florida In-house Staff Counsel Office for the past 20 years, capping his 26-year career at AIG’s Florida Staff Counsel Office. Scott’s entire legal career has been dedicated to insurance defense litigation, and he has tried numerous cases to verdict during that time.
