Shari Sckolnick handles all aspects of the defense of high-exposure construction liability claims, general liability claims and complex professional liability lawsuits in state and federal courts. She has successfully defended large construction companies, property owners and various professionals in all phases of litigation. 

Shari has focused her practice on insurance defense matters since starting her legal career. She has extensive experience representing property owners, contractors and property managers in defending high-exposure claims commenced under New York State Labor Law. Shari also defends clients in construction defect and property damage claims. 

Shari also has many years of experience representing lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, debt collection companies and other professionals in malpractice actions arising from a wide range of legal areas such as commercial litigation, real estate, construction litigation and insurance coverage.
