Vinik Sports Group, a Tampa, Florida-based sports and entertainment management company, oversees operations for the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, Benchmark International Arena, and regional properties, including Tampa’s Yuengling Center. The session covered how timely, accurate, and objective incident documentation supports guest safety, informs operational decisions, and helps position an organization to respond effectively should a claim arise. Attendees engaged in a productive discussion and raised thoughtful questions drawn from their day-to-day experience managing high-volume venues. Krystal and Stephanie serve as Vinik Sports Group’s preferred counsel for premises liability matters, defending premises liability, negligent security, and personal injury claims while partnering with clients on proactive risk management and training initiatives.
