Stephanie has appeared before a multitude of judicial and administrative bodies including federal and state courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.

Representative Matters

At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, defeated opposing party’s motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction seeking to bar sales of client’s entire product line of antimicrobials bearing the trademark at issue.

Stephanie has obtained favorable outcomes in contested trademark registration proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, trademark and copyright litigation in federal court, and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution proceedings. Stephanie advises clients on brand and online presence matters, including IP asset development and management, website audits, web terms of use and privacy policies, software licensing and service agreements, social media and employment agreements.
