Stephen G. Kennedy handles litigation with an emphasis on premises liability, motor vehicle and production-related personal injury matters. He defends several well-known entities and their related companies and insurers. 

In law school, Stephen was a teaching assistant for a four-credit evidence course taught by Professor Eric M. Freedman. He also served on Hofstra Law’s Deportation Defense Clinic, where he secured his clients’ I-212 permission to reapply after deportation or removal and motion to reopen, granted by USCIS and a federal immigration judge, respectively.
