Stephen Grillo represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, and construction. In addition, Stephen effectively handles litigation involving labor law disputes.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Stephen worked at a national civil litigation firm, where he gained substantial knowledge across diverse practice areas, including insurance coverage, employment and labor, construction, and commercial litigation.

Premises & General Liability
In the premises liability area, Stephen has successfully defended claims against landowners and occupying tenants related to property damage, negligent security, and personal injury. He has also successfully handled motor vehicle accident claims against entities and their employed drivers.
